The Houston Rockets are still waiting to find out whether Kevin Durant will be available for Game 2 of the series against the Los Angeles Lakers. The former Warriors star is listed as a game-time decision, as confirmed by head coach Ime Udoka.
According to ESPN, Durant took part in about half of Monday’s practice, continuing his recovery process after suffering a knee contusion in practice last week.
For now, however, the main concern remains the player’s mobility:
Pain tolerance is one thing, but being able to move and feel comfortable in your movements is the most important aspect
Ime Udoka
For the Rockets, everything comes down to one question: will Durant be able to take the floor – and more importantly, perform at his usual level? Houston waits, fully aware that KD’s presence completely changes the weight of the series.
