The United States men’s national team is moving on to the knockout stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup as the winner of Group D, but who will it play next?

That’s the question on everyone’s minds after the U.S. clinched the top spot in Group D with a win over Australia and a Paraguay win over Türkiye. The U.S. had already advanced to the round of 32 with its result against Australia on Friday.

As the winner of Group D, the U.S. will face the third-place team from either Group B, E, F, I or J. Here is a full list of the United States’ possible opponents in the round of 32:
